Yes.

Here’s our checklist and free template.

For ~$130 + GST you can get your weekend back.

How long does it take?

We deliver property reports
within 3 business days

of acquiring the LIM report (usually faster).

If you want one as soon as possible we can put your report in the “fast lane”. This will cost an additional $199.99 + GST and is subject to capacity. Our current record is 58 minutes and 43 seconds. To enquire about the Fast Lane offer you can call or text our CEO Jack on 021998005.

How much does it cost?

$149 per property.

This is ~$130 + GST.

The service consists of 2 elements:

  1. Base report $49 + GST
  2. Document analysis: $0.99 per document + $0.09 per page.

On average our customers used $41.82 of page analysis and $42.57 of document analysis. Insights from this were so important we now only provide reports that include this service.

We want to deliver a great product and will always make best efforts to ensure accuracy. That being said we are not able to guarantee accuracy or take on liability for any investment decisions you make regarding any property. This is what enables us to keep a great price.
